We offer a 7-day free trial, daily pricing, and no lock-in contracts because we believe in the quality of our service. Still, many new customers feel it sounds a bit too good to be true.
As an existing customer, you already know better. If you’re willing to introduce others to our service, we want to reward you for it.
Changing internet providers can be stressful. The trust people place in your recommendation helps ease that transition, and this program is our way of saying thanks.

How it works

Your friend signs up using your code or link
Once they've been active for a short time:
You receive a $50 credit
They receive a discounted daily price and a $25 credit
Credits can be used toward daily charges or optional services like a Static IP.
When credits are applied
Referral credits are added once your friend:
Completes the free trial
Accumulates at least $100 in daily charges
Has been active for at least 30 days
This helps ensure rewards go to genuine, long-term customers.
Eligibility
To keep things fair:
Referrals must be new customers
Both accounts must be on current plans
Referral codes must be applied within 24 hours of signup
Keep it genuine
This program is designed for real recommendations between people who know and trust each other.
Not allowed:
Referring yourself (including multiple accounts)
Creating fake or duplicate accounts
Referral loops (e.g. you refer each other)
Coordinated referrals to generate credits
We monitor for unusual activity to keep the program fair.
A quick note
Most of our customers join through word of mouth. If you've had a good experience, it's worth sharing - and being upfront that you'll receive a referral credit helps build trust. That's not something in which we get involved, it's just a suggestion from us to you.
Limits & reviews
Most customers will never hit any limits, but very high referral activity may be reviewed.
Finding or Changing your code
After logging into the customer portal, your code is accessible on the My Account page. Every customer automatically has a randomly generated code, or feel free to overwrite that with a unique code of your choosing. Your code is used in the link you give to other people, which will look like http://welcome.launtel.net.au/?ref=YOUR_CODE_HERE
Privacy
We'll let you know when someone signs up using your code (and may include their name so you can recognise them). We never share contact details.
