more FAQ
Will you tell me if the price changes?
Yes. We will contact you using the details on your account before an important price or service change.
Do I need a modem or Wi-Fi router?
You need an NBN connection box and a Wi-Fi router. We can check what equipment is already at your home. This offer includes a free Wi-Fi router while stocks last.
Are there any other charges?
Pausing is free. Launtel covers your first reconnection, but later reconnections cost $5.50. Small card payments and some rare NBN property connections may also have a fee. We will explain any extra cost first.
Can more than one person add credit?
Yes. Money added by family or household members goes into the same Launtel account balance. Only one daily internet charge is taken from that balance.
